As we operate via dropshipping suppliers (mainly AliExpress), refunds are processed according to AliExpress’ policies.

 

Refunds May Be Approved If:

 

• The item does not arrive within the stated timeframe.

• The item arrives damaged or not as described (proof required).The wrong item was received.

 

Refunds Are Not Available If:

 

• The customer provided the wrong shipping address.

• The item was damaged due to misuse.

• The customer changed their mind.

• Refunds, if approved, will be returned to your original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 7–21 business days, depending on the supplier and payment provider.
